• How to join.

• Logging in.
  • You need to be logged in to access secure pages. If you are not logged in and try to access one of secure pages you will be redirected to the Login page. You can register on register page to get your login details. It is free and takes only couple of minutes!
• Forgot password or user name.
  • We can send your password and user name to the email you entered while registation process. To do it you just need to -
    • Open Login page by clicking login button on right upper side of any page.
    • Click on "Forgot your password" link under Login form.
    • Enter your email (email you entered while registration process) and click "Send me password" button.
• Logging Off.

• How can I delete my Account?
  • To delete your account go to Private Room ->My Account page on www.dateoverseas.com.au web site. Click "Delete my account" button. This will take you to the Delete Account page where you choose a reason for deleting your Account; Choose your reason and click on the "Yes" button. NOTE: By deleting your Account, your profile, Account information and all site emails will be cancelled. Any remaining membership products in your account will also be deleted and cannot be recovered. If you're just looking for some 'time out', suspend your profile by clicking "Suspend Profile" button on on Private Room->My Profile page, You can always reactivate your Profile at a later stage clicking "Enable Profile" button on on Private Room->My Profile page.
• Can I suspend my Profile?
  • If you want your Profile temporarly to be hidden from site users you can do it from Private Room->My Profile page. Just click "Suspend profile" button to do it. When you decide to activate Profile again click "Enable Profile" button.
• How do I update my Account (change my Username, Password or Email)?
  • The Your Account link is located on the Private Room page and allows you to update your Account login details, including your Username, Password and Email. Update the areas as required and click on the Submit button to save your new details. If you change your Email address you will be asked to confirm your changed email address before it will be updated in our database.
• How do I update my Profile details?
  • The Your Profile link is located on the Private Room page and allows you to update your Profile details. Update the areas as required and click on the Submit button to save your new details.
• How do I block a user?
  • You can block any www.dateoverseas.com.au user from contacting you. To do it just find user's profile in catalog, open it and click "Block" button. If you decide to unblock user click "UnBlock" button on user's profile page. You can also unblock any blocked used on Private Room Statistics page under "Blocked" option.
